Ahmed scored as West Brom defeated Swansea City 2-1 in the 19th fixture of the Championship.

The game started with a bang when Oliver McBurnie took the lead for Swansea just 10 minutes into the match.

The Baggies responded quickly, as Criag Dawson converted Matthew Phillips’s ball into the back of Erwin Mulder’s net, just three minutes later.

In the final moments of the first half, Phillips sent the ball towards Hegazi, who doubled the lead for West Brom with a splendid header.

Both teams failed to score further goals in the second half.

The win takes West Brom to the fourth spot with 34 points and are set to face Brentford on the third of December.
