Zamalek announce squad for Al Masry league clash


Zamalek manager Christian Gross has named his squad for the Al Masry encounter in the 11th fixture of the Egyptian Premier League.

The Whites are currently top of the league table 32 points, while Al Masry sit 10th with 16 points from 12 games.

Gross has made only a couple of changes to the squad that lost to Ittihad of Alexandria in the round of 16 of the Arab Club Championship.

Tarek Hamed, Hamid Ahdaad, and Mohamed Abdel-Salam have returned to the squad, while Mohamed Abdel-Ghany was omitted.

Mahmoud Hamy El-Wensh, Ayman Hefny, Ahmed Aboul-Fetouh, Ahmed Madbouli, Mahmoud Dunga, and Omar Salah were also left out for technical reasons.

Full squad:

Goalkeepers: Mahmoud Gennesh, Emad El-Sayed.

Defenders: Mahmoud Alaa, Hamdi Nagguez, Bahaa Magdy, Mohamed Abdel-Salam, Mohamed Ahmed Camacho, Hazem Emam.

Midfielders: Tarek Hamed, Mohamed Antar, Mohamed Kahraba, Mahmoud Abdel-Aziz, Ibrahim Hassan, Mohamed Ibrahim, Abdallah Gomaa, Mostafa Fathi, Ferjani Sassi, Mohamed Hassan.

Forwards: Youssef Obama, Omar El-Said, Kabongo Kasongo, Hamid Ahdaad.
