Mido loses first game in charge of Al Wehda



Former Egypt striker Ahmed Hossam ‘Mido’ lost his first game as Al Wehda first team manager as they lost 3-0 to Al Faisaly in the .

They have announced on Sunday that Mido has been appointed as their technical advisor until the end of the season and will manage the first-team until the arrival of the new manager.

Al Wehda conceded two goals very early into the game. Luis Da Silva opened the scoring in the first minute. 16 minutes later Da Silva assisted his fellow countryman Igor Rossi to score Al Faisaly second goal.

Then just two minutes into the second-half Saudi winger Abdulaziz Al-Bishi scored the third and final goal of the game.

Following this result Al Wehda are currently sixth on the Saudi Professional League table with 21 points. They will face fourth-placed Al Ahli in their next game on December 28.
