ENPPI complete double swoop from El-Makkasa, Dakhleya
Bassam has made shy appearances for Misr El-Makkasa this season where he only played in seven league matches. He hasn’t scored any goal and registered a single assist for the Fayoum-based side.
ENPPI announced on Monday they have collected the 25-year-old striker’s transfer clearance from El-Makkasa for him to officially join the club.
Bassam, accompanied by ENPPI director of football Abdelnasser Mohamed, has put pen to paper on a five-year contract.
Moreover, the Petroleum club have also announced the signing of Ahmed Saber from Dakhleya. The 25-year-old defender joined Dakhleya from Misr El-Makkasa in summer 2017.
Saber featured in 14 games for Dakhleya in the Egyptian Premier League this season.
“ENPPI got the transfer clearance of Dakhleya defender Ahmed Saber on a contract that lasts for five years. The player preferred to join ENPPI in the January transfer window over several clubs,” ENPPI stated.
