Ohod interested in Ismaily’s Essam El-Hadary, Al Ahly’s Sheif Ekramy
El-Hadary has played only 15 games with Ismaily in all competitions this season, conceding 17 goals and keeping six clean sheets in total.
The 46-year-old was put on the club’s transfer list for deliberately missing the trip to face Burundi to face Le Messager Ngozi in the preliminary round of the 2019 CAF Champions League.
Meanwhile, Ekramy has not been a starter for more than a year for Al Ahly due to Mohamed El-Shenawy’s stellar performances with the Red Devils.
Ohod have also identified a third option in Jordanian goalkeeper Amer Shafi. The 36-year-old has kept three clean sheets in the group stages of the 2019 AFC Asian Cup.
Ohod are currently bottom of the Saudi Pro League table with just six points in 16 games, conceding 32 goals, which is the league’s highest.
