VIDEO: Nedved’s late header helps Al Ahly salvage draw in Algeria

Al Ahly dominated the early minutes of the game, but without creating any clear-cut chances, and then the hosts had more of the ball, but also failed to create any real chances.
JS Saoura were the better side in the second-half and they managed to open the scoring in the 59th minutes through Yehia Sherif, who converted Mohamed Hamia’s cross.
Martin Lasarte brought on Nasser Maher and Junior Ajayi for Islam Mohareb and Hussein El-Shahat to strengthen the attacking area,
In the 80th minute, Nasser Maher sent Karim Nedved through on goal with a great ball, however, Nedved’s shot went inches wide of the post.
Five minutes later, Karim Nedved rescued Al Ahly a valuable point, when he directed Mohamed Hany’s perfect cross past JS Saoura’s goalkeeper.
In the dying moments of the game, the hosts thought they scored the winner when Yehia Sherif met a cross with bicycle kick into Mohamed El-Shennawy’s net, but it was ruled out for offside.
