Tunisian midfielder Maher Haddad undergoes trial at Ismaily
Tunisian attacking midfielder Maher Haddad has been spotted in Egyptian outfit Ismaily’s training as he is set to undergo a period of trial ahead of signing for the Yellows.
Haddad has presented Tunisia giants CS Sfaxien and Club Africain, in addition to playing for different Tunisian sides plus two short loan spells in Qatar and Belgium.
Ismaily have been struggling this season in terms of results as they are the penultimate team in the Egyptian Premier League with 17 points after 15 games played.
The Yellow Dragons were also off to a sloppy start to their Champions League campaign are also at risk of being handed severe sanctions after their fans riot in game against Club Africain.
Ismaily are looking to reinforce their team in the January window as they seek a drastic improvement of results in the second half of the season, and Haddad could be the right profile as he covers all the roles behind the striker.
