Anderlecht sign Everton’s Yannick Bolasie on loan
DR Congo and Everton winger Yannick Bolasie has concluded his loan spell at Aston Villa and moved to Belgium giants Anderlecht on temporarily basis until the end of the season.
Bolasie joined Everton in August 2017 for £26 million where he collected 37 appearances during his two years at the club but had a shy contribution with only two goals and four assists registered.
The Toffees decided to send the 29-year-old forward on a loan spell to Aston Villa in the Championship with two goals and five assists to his name.
“Everton FC and RSC Anderlecht have just reached an agreement on Yannick Bolasie. The player will be loaned to RSC Anderlecht for six months,” the Belgian club announced.
“We are very pleased with the arrival of Yannick Bolasie. His qualities are indisputable,” Anderlecht sporting director Michael Verschueren told the official website.
“We are convinced that he will be of great added value for the rest of the season,” he added.
