EFA fine Al Ahly, Zamalek & El-Dakhleya, ban Hossam Ghaly

Additionally, El Gouna director of football Hossam Ghaly has been banned after being sent-off during the Entag El-Harby game.
Zamalek manager Christian Gross also received an EGP 20,000 fine after failing to attend the post-match press conference following the Nogoom FC game.
