has called into question the fact that he was not getting minutes at in the first half of this season after winning the player of the year award last year.

The 25 year old added to his Atromitos goal tally from his previous spell yesterday with the second in a 2-0 win over PAS Giannina, and in his post match interview he has questioned the fact that he was not getting minutes at league leaders PAOK.

Warda said, “I became MVP in last year’s championship with Atromitos. I went to the World Cup through Atromitos. Now I gave answers to everyone. It’s not normal to have the best Super League player and not to play

Warda was also asked about the fact that he celebrated the goal primarily by embracing Atromitos manager Damir Canyadi, to which he said “You know the situation when I was in PAOK. I was nervous, my psychology was not at its best. Now I’m happy because this man helped me. Today I opened a goal account and will come more.”

Atromitos and Warda will look to continue their good run of form in their next game against Asteras Tripoli on Saturday 23rd of February at 5:15PM Egyptian time.
