Ohod considering early termination of Egypt international’s contract – Report
Ohod completed the signing of Egypt’s Ahmed Goma’a on loan last window from Al Masry, before signing Al Ahly outcast Momen Zakaria on loan as well. Unlike Ahmed Goma’a, who already scored for the club since his arrival, Momen Zakaria appeared to be technically unfit. It is understandable considering that the player participated in a total of 188 minutes for Al Ahly this season, completing 90 minutes in one league match against Nogoom FC.
According to multiple reports from Saudi Arabia, Ohod’s managerial staff are not satisfied with the level Momen Zakaria has showed since his arrival, with multiple sources claiming he is unfit. Regarding the matter, the club are expected confirm their stance over the coming days.
Momen Zakaria signed for Ohod in the last week of January in his second stint in Saudi Arabia, after spending the second half of last season on loan at Al Ahli Jeddah.
The Al Medina-based club are currently struggling bottom of the league with 12 points after 20 games this season.
