Mahmoud Alaa left out as Zamalek name squad for El-Gaish clash
Zamalek have named their squad to face Tala’ea El-Gaish on Wednesday in the 23rd round of the Egyptian Premier League.

The Whites are currently on a 16-league game unbeaten run and will want to continue that against El-Gaish, who haven’t won a game since December 23.

Christian Gross’ side will be without their top scorer due to injury as well as Mostafa Fathi and team captain Hazem Emam for the same reason.

Mohamed Ibrahim, Ahmed Madbouli, Omar Salah, and Mohamed Antar have also been left out for technical reasons.

Mohamed Abdel-Aziz, Ibrahim Hassan, Mohamed Abdel-Salam has been included in the squad after missing Zamalek’s last game against ENPPI.

Full squad:

Goalkeepers: Mahmoud Abdel Rahim Gennesh, Emad El Sayed.

Defenders: Mohamed Abdel-Salam, Mohamed Abdel Ghany, Bahaa Magdy, Abdallah Gomaa, Mahmoud Hamdi, Hamdi Nagguez.

Midfielders: Ferjani Sassi, Mahmoud Abdel Aziz, Ibrahim Hassan, Youssef Obama, Ayman Hefny, Tarek Hamed, Mahmoud Kahraba, Mohamed Hassan, Ahmed Sayed Zizo.

Forwards: Omar El-Said, Hamed Ahdad, Khalid Boutaib.
