Sherif Ekramy reveals length of injury
Al Ahly goalkeeper Sherif Ekramy revealed that he’ll come back from injury in about four to six weeks.
On Thursday morning Ekramy had to leave Al Ahly’s training ground to due a muscular injury. The 35-year-old then posted on Twitter the results of the medical tests he went through.
“The injury is a rupture in the calf, meaning that I’ll be out for four to six weeks depending on how I respond to the treatments.” Ekramy posted on Twitter.
“It came in a very difficult moment. I wish all the best to my teammates and the coaching staff in their upcoming games.”

Ekramy played 10 games this season for Al Ahly and managed to keep six clean sheets. His latest one being in their 2-1 win over El Gouna in the Egyptian League.
The Red Devils are currently third on the Egyptian Premier League table with 48 points and with three games in hand. Their upcoming game is against Petrojet on March 4.
