Rwanda national team manager called-up Dakhleya midfielder Kevin Muhire for their upcoming AFCON qualifier game against Ivory Coast.

Muhire joined Egyptian side Misr El-Makassa in January from Rwandan giants Rayon Sports. He then directly signed for El Dakhleya on a six-months loan.

Since arriving in the Egyptian Premier League he played a total of three games and managed to provide just one assist.

He represented his country on four occasions, since his international debut against Cameroon in June 2016.

Rwanda have now lost all hopes in qualifying for the upcoming AFCON as they are currently bottom of their group with just two points. Their upcoming game is against Ivory Coast on March 23.
