Norwegian referee appointed for Pyramids-Zamalek clash

Norwegian referee has been assigned for the anticipated clash between Pyramids and Zamalek from the 26th round of the .

Zamalek currently sit on the league leadership with 60 points from 26 games, ahead of Pyramids who have the same number of points but with two more games and two points in front of the third Al Ahly.

Pyramids have lately managed to defeat Al Ahly on Thursday with a 1-0 victory to join Zamalek in the leadership.

The encounter is expected to be highly heated as the Whites target defeating a direct rival on the league title while concurrently distancing themselves from their arch rivals Al Ahly, who will face Al Masry on Thursday.

The Egyptian Football Association (EFA) announced Norwegian referee Ola Hobber Nilsen will be the match official for the game, and he will be assisted by Tom Harald and Geir Oskar as linesman in addition to fourth official Kristoffer Hagenes.
