Zamalek name the squad to host RS Berkane in CAF Confederation Cup final

Zamalek manager has named the squad that will attempt to overturn the 1-0 deficit and win the CAF Confederation Cup against .

In Morocco last week, Zamalek were moments away from picking up a crucial draw which would leave them needing just a win in the second leg with home advantage.

However, in the dying embers of the game Kodjo Fo Doh Laba gave RS Berkane a lead which sets up an intriguing second leg, as the Moroccans will have to defend for their lives while Zamalek go all out attack on home soil.

With everything to play for, Gross has named his squad which is as follows:

Goalkeepers: Omar Salah & Mahmoud Abdel ‘Gennesh’.

Defenders: Abdallah Gomaa, Bahaa Magdy, Mahmoud Alaa, Mahmoud Hamdi, Mohamed Abdel Salam & Hazem Emam.

Midfielders: Tarek Hamed, Mahmoud Abdel Aziz, Mohamed Hassan, Mohamed Ibrahim, Youssef Obama, Ibrahim Hassan, Ahmed Sayed “Zizo”, Mahmoud Kahraba, Mohammed Antar & Ayman Hefni.

Forwards: Hamid Ahaddad & Khalid Boutaib.

The second leg between Zamalek and RS Berkane takes place on Sunday 26th of May at 10PM Egyptian time.
