Algeria announce 23-man squad for Africa Cup of Nations
Algeria coach Djamel Belmadi has officially named his 23-man squad for the upcoming Africa Cup of Nations which will take place in Egypt in June, with Manchester City’s Riyad Mahrez and FC Porto’s Yacine Brahimi on the top of the list.
Belmadi was announced as the Algerian national team’s new head coach back in August 2018 with a contract that runs until 2022 following the dismissal of Algerian football legend Rabah Madjer from the technical guide of the team.
