El Hadji Diouf: I dreamed of playing with Aboutrika

legend has heaped praise on and Al Ahly legend , saying that he had a unique touch to the ball.

Diouf represented Senegal from 2000 to 2008, scoring over 25 goals. He spent most of his career playing in the English Premier League, mostly for Liverpool and Bolton Wanderers.

The former Senegalese forward was full of praise speaking on Aboutrika, saying that he would have achieved much more fame and success if he was Brazilian.

“The player I dreamed to play with was Aboutrika. I have never seen a player of his on-ball skills,” Diouf told ON Time Sports channel.

“If Aboutrika was Brazilian he would have been one of the best players in the world.”

The 39-year-old also went to speak about the Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane partnership at Liverpool.

“They complete each other and they do well at Liverpool. If one of them moves to Real Madrid or Barcelona he won’t receive the same treatment they get from Jurgen Klopp.”

“I wished I had a manager like Klopp when I was at Liverpool.”
