Egyptian National Team management monitor Omar Marmoush’s debut
Egypt’s national team head coach Hossam El-Badry have been reportedly observing Omar Marmoush’s debut in the Bundesliga.
With the Bundesliga being the only league that is officially back, all Egyptian eyes were on Wolfsburg forward, Omar Marmoush.
The 21-year-old came off the bench against Bayer Leverkusen last week in the second half to mark his Bunesliga debut.
Following his debut, Marmoush joined the likes of Hany Ramzy, Yasser Radwan, Mohamed Emara, Ahmed Salah Hosny, Samir Kamouna, as well as Mohamed Zidan as the only Egyptians to play in the top-tier of the German football.
Now, the management of the Egyptian National Team, led by head coach Hossam El-Badry, have been monitoring Marmoush after his debut in the Bundesliga’s 28th round.
Marmoush had started his professional career in Wadi Degla in 2016 making 16 appearances and scoring two goals for the team before he moved to Germany in 2017 to join Wolfsburg.
The forward also made two appearances for the U-20 Egyptian national team in 2017 and four appearances for the U-23 side in 2019.
