Official: Marmoush signs long-term contract with Wolfsburg

Egyptian talent has officially signed a new contract with outfit VFL Wolfsburg that will keep him at the club until 2023.

Since the return of the Bundesliga, Marmoush has become a regular face in Wolfsburg’s matchday squads, making his debut in a 4-1 thrashing of Bayer Leverkusen.

The 21-year-old featured also featured as a late substitute in his side’s 2-2 draw with Freiburg three weeks later.

His most recent participation was against Schalke in the game that saw his side prevail with a dominant 4-1 away victory.

Wolfsburg announced on Tuesday they have tied the former Wadi Degla forward, with the player putting pen to paper on a three-year deal which would keep him at the club until 2023.

Marmoush has yet to make his debut for the Pharaohs, but it was reported that Egypt head coach Hossam El-Badry is closely monitoring him ahead of a potential call-up.
