egypt and Ismaily legend, Hosny Abd Rabo, praised Mohamed Salah and spoke about Egypt's upcomimg game against Senegal.
Egypt beat Senegal in the first of the final round of the 2022 world cup qualifiers.
The only goal of the game came in the fourth minute through an own goal by Saliou Ciss.
A brilliant through ball from amr el-sulya to Mohamad Salah was skilfully controlled by the Liverpool man, whose strike came off the bar, but the rebound hit Ciss before rolling into his own net.
Abd Rabo was among 48 legends the Egyptian fa (EFA) invited to watch the game and he made sure to thank Egypt's football governing body.

“I would like to thank the EFA for inviting some of the former national team players to attend the Senegal game. And I do not like to say ‘Egyptian football legends' because Egypt has many stars and legends,” he told ONTime Sport TV.
Abd Rabo then went on to praise Egypt and Liverpool superstar Mohamed Salah, saying that he's the best player in the world.
“Mohamed Salah has achieved what no Egyptian could achieve. What he did must be studied by future generations,” he added.
“He has reached a stage where he forces any coach to respect him, and he deserves to be the best player in the world.
He ended his statement by speaking about their next game against Senegal and what he expects from the Pharaohs.
“Egypt will fight in the second leg against Senegal in order to qualify and Queiroz was right in starting with Omar Gaber against Senegal,” he concluded.
The second leg between Egypt and Senegal is scheduled to take place next Tuesday, 29 March in Dakar at 7pm Cairo local time.
