Ittihad of Alexandria impose hefty punishment on right back Hesham Salah

Premier League side, of Alexandria, have imposed a hefty punishment on the first team's right back Hesham Ismail.

Salah has been a regular starter for Ittihad this season, having played 11 of their 14 games so far, including their last game against Bank Al .
