Al Masry dismiss Hossam Hassan after three months in charge

side Al Masry have officially dismissed head coach Hossam Hassan after only three months in charge.

Three months ago, Al Masry parted ways with Tunisian manager Moine Chaabani who left the club in 14th place on the league table.

As a result, Al Masry board of directors decided to replace the Tunisian manager, and his successor was revealed to be Hossam Hassan, who joined the team as a head coach for the fourth time in his career.

Since then, Hossam led the Greens to 15 games, of which he won six, tied in six, and lost three.

The 56-year-old manager finished the 2022/23 Egyptian campaign in 13th place, which isn't much of an improvement.

Consequently, the club announced the dismissal of Hossam and his technical staff as soon as the season had ended.
