On the club level, Ramez came through the youth ranks of eflchampionship club Milwall and represented the club at the FA Youth Cup, but failed to make any appearances for the first team.
Following his release by Milwall, Hefzalla made a move to Scottish club Peterhead, signing a short-term deal in hopes of gaining more first-team experience.
“Ramez is a very gifted player technically who has great skill and has the potential to entertain our fans,” McInally said.
“It really is a win-win situation for both parties as we are getting the opportunity to use a player that we would potentially not have found had we gone down the traditional recruitment routes and Ramez is getting the chance to show what he can do in a first team environment.”
Hefzalla becomes Peterhead's 19th signing of the summer transfer window as the club will be hoping to avoid the drop to the fourth tier.
The Scottish League One season has already started and Peterhead find themselves bottom of the ten-team table with just one point from their opening five games.
