CAF have included five al ahly players in their champions league team of the week and choose Percy Tau's strike as the Goal of the Week after the first leg of the semi-finals.

As a result of their impressive performances, Mohammad El Shenawy, Yasser Ibrahim, Percy Tau, Mahmoud Kahraba, and Ali Maaloul have all made it to the Team of the Week in the first leg of the semi-finals.
Al Ahly dominated the Team of the Week with five players, with Sundowns having four players and two for Wydad Casablanca.
On the other hand, Percy Tau claimed the Goal of the Week award for his second goal against Esperance de Tunis, which saw him dribble past a couple of defenders, before finding the back of the net.
Al Ahly will face Esperance de Tunis again in the second leg on Friday, 19th of May at the Cairo International Stadium.
