The tournament is set to be played in Jeddah between June 6 to June 16 and will feature 12 teams from all over Africa and the middle east.
It will become the seventh edition of the tournament, which started in 1998 in Cairo, with Egypt winning the title that year.
In the previous edition, Egypt crashed out of the semi-finals at the hands of hosts Morocco, who went on to win the title against Iraq in the final.
This year, Egypt have been handed a tough group alongside last edition's runner-ups Iraq as well as Palestine and mauritania.
The top two teams of each group will qualify for the quarter-finals alongside the best two third-placed teams.
