Zamalek respond to Pitso Mosimane & Hossam Hassan rumours
Zamalek's displaced president Mortada Mansour has ruled out the news linking his club with both Hossam Hassan and Pitso Mosimane.
Mortada Mansour has been displaced from his position as Zamalek president by the Court of administrative justice last month.
However, Mansour is still taking responsibility of the club, especially with the saga surrounding the future of Zamalek's head coach Juan Carlos Osorio.
This led to rumours linking Zamalek with former coach Hossam Hassan and Al ahli jeddah's Pitso Mosimane, whose future in Saudi Arabia seems uncertain.
Speaking of the matter, Mortada Mansour said: “Juan Carlos Osorio will remain in his position.
“There is no truth to the rumors about the negotiations with Hossam Hassan or Pitso Mosimane.
“The technical committee does not have the right to speak with anyone without referring to the board of directors,” he added.
Zamalek are struggling this season as they sit fourth on the egyptian premier League table and look set to miss out on a spot in next year's caf Champions League.
During the season, the club has also been knocked out of the egypt cup and CAF Champions League as well as losing the Super Cup to arch-rivals Al Ahly.
